First Meeting
Build Client Profile
We schedule a meeting to get to know each other and to learn about your goals and objectives.
We complete a profile of your personal and financial goals. We develop a clear picture of your situation including budget. We discuss our services and make the costs involved clear.

Agreeing on a Service
Preparing and Presenting Advice
Once you agree to work with us, we prepare your specific advice. We analyse possible strategies and potential products and prepare our recommendations for your review.
We present our advice in a Statement of Advice (SoA) or Record of Advice (RoA) document and answer your questions to ensure you understand and are comfortable with our advice.

Implementation
Ongoing Advice
Once we have your permission to proceed, we begin implementing the agreed strategy, placing your investments and making recommended changes.
We review your advice via an Ongoing Advice Agreement, making changes to your strategy as required.
